AILRSA central working committee meeting held at Ghaziabad from 17 to 18th November to discus the stock of situation. Com. L Mony presided over the meeting. Com. MN Prasad, Com. NB Dutta, Com. Sajeet Sarkar, Com. KC James , Com. C. Sunish were attended among many other CWC members. The leaders of the ALP meeting at Nagpur on 07.11.08 were also attended and express their views.
The meeting decided to conduct the following action programs.
1. Demands Day 23.12.2008. members to wear demnd badges and conduct gate meetings.
2. A 36 hours Hunger Fast in front of all DRM's office from 29.12.08

Howrah SE/ER 16.01.09
Nagpur SEC/CR 18.01.09
Bombay CR/WR 19.01.09

5. If the issues are not settled INDEFINITE STRIKE from 01.04.09 duly issuing strike notice as per ID act.

dear friend i am working in guntur divison as a alp,i was oppinted on2/07/2007,i want to proov that the alp's are equl basic (pay fixation)before 1/1/2006 and after 1/1/2006.i was already read the RBe letter no;28/2010-which is mint for fixation .in this connection it is clarefied that the 6th cpc was only concider that who was only oppionted before 1/1/2006.however some zones are giving the running table after 1/1/2006 appointed alp's,but some divisons in sc rly ex-guntur,vijayawada are not giving in running table.
so let me guid how to solve this problem or pls send any clarification to my E mail;bhimasairr@rediffmail.com

This is Sivakumar,...I NEED UR HELP!Actualy i wrote my RRBchennai,Assistant Loco Pilot exam on 06.06.2010,..And I'm very confused for the past one month,whether ill get my result or not,..y because of that "RRB SCAM",..will there be any re-exam,..if not when results ill be announced,...
To be frank I'm dieingly waiting the result,As ur word may help me a lot,..I'm very much Eager to join with you,..I love ur porfession,I'm living as ALP,..I would like to lead my Nation as U!

dear comrades
please consider two principals in your trade union life:-
1. only serving loco running men should run its trade union.
2. its trade union is not connected directly or ind-directly with any political party.
Initially All India Loco Running staff Association (AILRSA) who was founded by Com. M. R. Sabapathy remained Non-political and won all the strikes without any victimization (Removal from service) and in 1981 he left AILRSA on difference with leader ship to align with AIREC/CITU/CPM.
Without Com M. R. left AILRSA and The AILRSA fought and lost the first strike with extensive loss of more than 1000 direct removals and other losses to its leaders and cadre.
Com. M. Sabapathy kept quite till 1994 and formed Indian Railway Loco Running Men Organisation (IRLRO) after he retired in 1996, he gave charge to new generation and kept IRLRO free from any political influence.
IRLRO and AILRSA - are both representing Loco Running Cadre, now its the you who have to decide and see which is the right path.
In its web site AILRSA - Political section CITU 13TH CONFERENCE is listed, clearly indicating its political alignment.
IRLRO is ready to talk all trade unions of loco Running Staff base on these two fundamental principals, and assures to lead with 100% effective and result oriented trade union activities.
We are slowly but certainly winning on demands that shall act in favor of loco running staff and shall be permanent
IRLRO never works against the interest of any trade union at ground level and keeps a dignified and prestigious approach to peaceful co-existence with sister trade unions.
We also expect that trade unions of Loco Running staff shall maintain the same respect for its Founder Member Com. M. R. Sabapathy - who made possible win of all struggles as leader of Loco Running Staff.
Now Time has come for All loco running staff to decide its path of fight because The Indian Railways has come all out against this category - in the last two important Reports of RAC-2002 and The Fast Track Committee. Despite Strong Protests in Last 08 Years we are empty handed, and the work load is increasing day by day.
Please Decide your opinion on These two principals as these are time tested and successful for Loco Running Staff.
Let us follow some dignified principals Trade Unionism with peaceful co-existence, before we can unite under one banner, and we settle our differences in an amicable and peaceful way.

It is not easy to work as All Indai General Secretary by a Working Employee. Getting leave is a difficult task. You can ask Sri PSK Mohamed that how many Zones and divisions he visited till now.Even he is not able to bring a branch in his own railways(SWR)in Mysore and Hubli, nor in neighboring Southern and South central Railways.
We can not keep politics away and politicians un touchable. They are peoples representative, we have to utilise their service for solving our issues. We cannot stand like an Island. As a running man we have to fight for solving category issues, but there are many issues common to Railway employees, New Pension scheme, privitisation, Staff reduction policies. We have to join with other Railway Trade unions. There are many other issues affecting the entire working class of the country and public, like Interest rate of PF,Pension Scheme,Unemployment, Labour laws etc. For this issues we have to join like minded Central trade unions.
Individual HEROISM will not reach any where. Sabhapathy is also was a leader among many others to organise AILRSA.
