To,
The Hon’ble Minister for Railways
Rail Bhawan,
New Delhi
Through: - The General Manager,

Sir,

It is most painful and unfortunate that despite of repeated assurances, through RLC (C) conciliation process or through Hon’ble Minister for Labour and employment Government of India our genuine and most justified demands are not resolved as yet in regards to GP of LP (M/E), LP (Pass), LP (Goods), LP (Stg) and ALP, re-evaluation of rate of KM allowances based on RAC 1981 formula effective from 01.01.2006 and then after from 01.01.2011, with increase of 25% due to increase rate of DA to 51% onerous duty allowance for al, MACP, VRS for safety cadre etc. the delay in resolving our most justified demands, now caused for a serious, resentment amongst staff.

Sir, therefore, through our peaceful Trade Union Program i.e. “Sit in Fast” for 24hrs starting from 15th Nov 2011, once more we draw your kind attention on our issues and request your honour to resolve it without any further delay in the interest of maintaining the healthy Labour relation, which is the need of the time.

                                                                        Thanking you,

                                                                                    Your’s sincerely

                                                                 (                                  )
                                              General Secretary
