Central office bearers’ and Zonal secretaries’ meeting of AILRSA was held at Chand Kalyana Mandapam, Vijayawada on 1st and 2nd November 2017. The meeting was presided over by a presidium consisting of com. L.Mony, com. T.Hanumaiah and com. M.P.Deo. attended by 44 members and all most have spoken express their view and suggested on agenda. 

PROGRAM OF ACTION:

1) A letter demanding early decision on running allowance rates as per RAC 1980 formula and rates of other allowances pertaining to the running staff to be sent to CRB on the following email address by the Central, Zonal, Divisional and Branch secretaries immediately..The matter is attached as annexure and it is to be printed in the respective letter heads and to be sent. email id of CRB is crb@rb.railnet.gov.in


2) Observe 20th November as ‘DEMAND DAY’, duly wearing badges and hold depot-wise demonstration, demanding immediate finalization of running allowance rates as per RAC 1980 formula.

3) All members shall assemble before the crew lobbies to organize immediate protest / mobilization if the decisions on the running allowance goes against us. All branches shall act according to the direction by Secretary General. 


4) A small committee consisting of comrades L.Mony, T.Hanumaiah, Paramjit Singh, K.C.James, M.M.Rolly, M.K.Seal, C.Sunish, A.K.Raut & Luna Ram Siyag will assist Secretary General to decide on the mode of protest.
