Comrades,

As you aware that the NJCA strike of 11th July was withdrawn due to the assurances of the group of ministers on 30th June 2016, but the same was not adhered till today as four months has lapsed, the issues of 7th CPC are not resolved till today.

The NJCA meeting has not been called so far on this issue, the Confederation of CG employees are proposing to go an one day strike on 7th CPC issues during Jan to March 2017 , the exact date of strike is to be decided in the National Executive meeting of the Confederation to be held at Delhi on 16th Dec 2016.

Your valuable suggestions are required from ground level on this issue.

1) How much is the anger of the CG employees regarding the non-fulfilment of assurances of the group of ministers on 30th June 2016 regarding 7th CPC issues?

2) Are we prepared to go on one day strike on 7th CPC without the participation of Railways, Defence employees, FNPO participation and others.
