PFRDA ( NPS ) BILL PASSED BY LOK SABHA

Today the Loksabha passed the pension reforms bill after the 9 years of its executive order . The LEFT parties made all the effort to fail the bill in the both houses of the parliament . But the so called corporate's supported other parties given their green signal towards the employees pension money to share market . The parliamentary standing committee on finance also had given its strong objection against this bill.

So far 27 states ( except Tripura ) and all Union territory Gov. have agreed to join NPS for their employees, the West Bengal and Kerala Gov. also was notified to join the Scheme after Trinamool & Congress become power.

Our country faced 3 Historical All India Strike and many other level of agitations led by CITU and left parties to protest this bill and fail to get a statutory power to implement . The Railway employees and OUR federation were continued to sleep and stop their protest in poster for eye wash.
However , the passed bill offering an 25% withdrawal facility to their subscriber in some cases , but the cases and the number of withdrawal will be decided by PFRDA .
