Vinay Mittal appointed UPSC member

Former Railway Board Chairman Vinay Mittal has been appointed member of the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). He was appointed on August 8 for a period of six years or until he attains the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier, a notification issued by the Ministry of Personnel said on Monday.
The retired Indian Railway Traffic Service officer was chairman of Railway Board for two years. - PTI
