The Railways also declared saying that

announced to be launched in the 2012-13 railway budget presented in
March last year, there had been a delay in its launch.
The train which is scheduled to ply
between Chennai and Bangalore from Thursday has a total of eleven
coaches, all of which are air-conditioned. Passengers travelling on this
train will be paying Rs. 470 for an AC chair.
Each coach will have a maximum occupancy
of 120 passengers when compared to 73 on the Brindavan Express and 78
on the Shatabdi Express, said the railways. The train will be making a
halt altogether at seven stops. The passengers will also be benefitted
with train timings which had been designed in such a way that it could
handle possibly spillover passengers from Brindavan Express.
The train halting at Krishnarajapuram
will also be considered as an additional benefit, since many passengers
will be getting down at this station on the outskirts of Bangalore.
