Invitation for All Inda Conference of AILRSA

Sir,

          All India Loco Running Staff Association (AILRSA) is a fighting organization representing the Assistant Loco Pilot, Shunting Loco Pilot, Loco Pilot Goods, Loco Pilot Passenger, and Loco Pilot Mail of Indian Railways.

              The 19^th All India Conference of this union is being scheduled at Jnana   Jyothi Auditorium, Central College Campus, Palace Road, Bangalore on 16 and 17 May 2012. Sri Basudeb Acharia MP, Ex Chairman , Parliamentary Standing Committee on Railways accepted the invitation for Inaugurating the Conference.

            Internationally the workers and down trodden are facing challenges by the ruling class, financially as well as trade union rights. On the other hand Millionners are becoming Billionners and the Government extending more and more concessions to the corporates. Existing privileges of the working class are being encroached and even labour laws are amended to encourage anti labour policies. This develops Job less population, against these policies mass resistance like Wall Street movement is picking up through out the world. The position in India is not different, the Government in the name of Neo Liberal Policies introducing many anti labour policies. AILRSA is in the fore front of the agitations to achieve the Rights and privileges of the Loco Running Staff in particular and Railway Employees in general.

     The 19^th All India Conference will have discussions and deliberations to strengthen a movement oriented labour class resistance, and we invite you and your organization to take part of the above process.

       There will be a Mass Rally of Railway Employees on 16^th evening 03.30 hrs from Bangalore City Railway Station  to the meeting Hall( Jnana Jyothi Auditorium) followed with public meeting.
