DISCUSSION WITH HOER COMMITTEE
Discussion with High Power Review Committee on HOER held at New Delhi on 11.08.11. The following represented AILRSA

Detailed discussion with High Power Committee along with 3 officers from Railway Board held for around 2 hours.
Secretary General MN Prasad effectively presented the demands before the committee. The main demand was Intensive classification. A memorandum elaborating the justification of our demands is submitted.

Many thanks for considereing and endorsing IRLRO's Point of view that This HIgh power committee is illegal as Railway board is not empowred to constitute such committees, only Min. of labor office of Chief Labor Commissioner -Central is empowred to constitute HOER review of railwaymen.
We have met Advisor-IR on 10-08-2011 and apprised the railway Board that IRLRO does not recognise this committee as legal one.

thanks for supporting IRLRO opinion that the high power committee is illegal asrailway board have no lawful powers to constitute this commiittee.
only min.of labor can review duty hours of all workers in india.
IRLRO have submitted its written protest to to advisor Railway Board-IRL in Person on 10-08-2011.
