Out come of conciliation on 25.03.10
Railway has submitted their comments on our demand
Item no.1. Improvement of GP to ALP : Ministry of Railways is not
competent to accept the demand for any up gradation in Grade pay
beyond the accepted recommendation of 6th CPC. Forther an Anomaly
committee is existing.
Item no 2.Kilometreage allowance to be improved based on RAC 1981
formula- this is a subject in Agenda of Departmental Council under the
Joint Consultative Machinery(DC JCM)
Item No 3. ODS Allowance for all Running Staff- Is a subject in PNM of AIRF
This is the reply given by Sri John Ekka, Dy Director Pay commission
to RLC /NDLS
