Having come to know that Railway Board has constituted a committee of Additional Member Mechanical and Additional Member Electrical primarily to look in to the grievances of Loco Inspectors and at the same time sort information about ALP and other running staff pay scale anomalies , Com. T Hanumaiah, Joint Secretary General, AILRSA, instructed all Zonal leaders to meet SLI Running HQ, CMPE R&L , and CELE of the respective Zonal Railway to represent our pay anomalies and submit a detailed memorandum. AILRSA SR, SCR, and SWR submitted our views to the concerned officers to include the report to railway board.

Dear Comrades, we are following the agitational programs as per the decision of the CWC of AILRSA. In the Western as well as Central Railway, the program of Divisional demonstration was observed at Mumbai. And, we are preparing for the Zonal demonstration at GM offices in Mumbai (CR & WR) on date 11th November, 2008.
