AILRSA Hungerfast on 15.07.19

As per the call of AILRSA central committee, running staff of Indian Railways staged 24 hrs hunger strike before all Divisional headquarters which commenced at 11.00 hrs on 15.07.19 and concluded at 11.00 hrs on16.07.19. Stop 100 day's action plan intended to privatise Railways, Revise KMA rate as per RAC80 Formula duly taking the mean pay, Ensure parity in pension, Scrap NPS and implement various safety committee recommendations etc are the demands raised in the agitation. Almost all divisions witnessed huge participation in the agitation.

Various trade unions with in the railway and from outside addressed the hunger strike at various places and offered unstinting support for the future agitations to stop privatization and to save Railways.
