CWC Resolution 27.04.17

The Central working committee meeting of All India Loco Running Staff Association was held at PAL BAGHEL Dharamsala, New Delhi on 27th April 2017 under the presidium consisting of com. L. Mony, com. N. B. Dutta and com. M. P. Deo. The meeting took the following decisions. 

The Central committee greets the cadres of AILRSA and AIGC in making the 36 hours hunger fast a great success all over India. 

The meeting took the following decisions. 

1. A letter to be written to PM, MR & FM on our charter of demands by the central committee. 

2. A letter to be written by the central committee to CRB seeking clarification letter for 30% pay element for leave salary, pay fixation for stationary posts. 

3. All Branch, Divisional and Zonal committees shall hold their meetings and review the 36 hours agitation. 

4. All zonal Secretaries shall give a detailed report to the Secretary General within one month on the 36 hours hunger fast program at Divisional headquarters, participation from AILRSA and AIGC, boycott of running room food, situation at training institutions and the administrative attitude. 

5. A tour program of Central leaders shall be organized to campaign in the month of June & July. The following CWC members are nominated to lead the campaign in the Zones mentioned against each:

a) WR, CR, NCR, NWR & WCR - comrades M. P. Deo, S.K.Gowtham & D.S.Koparkar.

b) SR, SCR & SWR - comrades K.C.James, S.K.Choubey, M.M.Rolly & R .Murali. 

c) NF, ER, ECR, NER, SER, ECoR & Metro Kolkata - comrades R.R.Bhagat, N.B.Dutta & Gowtham Das Gupta 

d) NR, SECR - com. M.N.Prasad 

6. An Extended Central committee meeting will be held at Nagpur in August 2017 to take the decision on the declaration of Direct action, which was deferred on 2nd February 2017.

7. All Branches, Divisions and the Zones are required to be ready for immediate reactions on the Govt. decisions on allowances and the running allowance rates. 

8. Membership for the year 2017 to be completed with a target of increasing the membership from the present 38000 to 50000 in the months of May, June & July and the statement to be submitted in the August CWC meeting.

9. All the dues of levy for NIT and Fire should be cleared immediately.
