Educational qualification:

Assistant Loco Pilot: All the candidates interested in applying for this post need to be matriculate (class10) pass from a recognised state university/institute or equivalent and ITI (Fitter, Electrician, Instrument Mechanic, Mill Wright Maintenance Mechanic, Mechanic (Radio/TV), Electronics Mechanic, Mechanic (Motor Vehicle), Wireman, Tractor Mechanic, Armature and Coil Winder, Mechanic Diesel, Heat Engine, Turner, Mechanist Refrigeration and A/C Mechanic. 

Or, the candidates should possess a Diploma in Automobile Engineering/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic engineering from a recognised university.

Age limit:

Candidates should not exceed the maximum age limit of 60 years.

Selection process:

Candidates will be selected on the basis of their academic merit and medical examination.
