Respected sir,

                     I draw my salary through bank and the details are very much available with the authorities.

                    I hereby state that I want my PLB 2015 to be paid only through Bank and not through any other mode since collecting cash from cashiers (or from any staff deputed for this purpose) involves spending my precious off duty rest hours for no justifiable purpose. Huge quantum of man power is also lost when payment through cashiers is resorted to.  And carrying a quite some of cash from stations/office/work spot to home is a risk in the present circumstances.

Therefore arrange my PLB 2015 only through bank.
