NATIONAL INDUSTRIAL TRIBUNAL (NIT)
Every loco running staff of Indian railway knows that ever since the 6th CPC submitted its retrograde recommendation for loco running staff, AILRSA had been on war path with various modes of struggles all over Indian Railway.

AILRSA declared a two days hunger fast on 25 & 26 November 2009. RLC(C) intervened and called for conciliation between Railway Board and AILRSA. A number of sittings held and finally on 11.10.2010 Sri BB Bhatnagar RLC (C) New Delhi concluded the conciliation as failure, due to the negative attitude of Railway.  As a result in January 2012 National Industrial Tribunal (NIT) was constituted by labour ministry with retired High Court Judge Sri.
