Hon. Sir/Madam,

Our central organisation ALL INDIA LOCO RUNNING STAFF ASSOCIATION [AILRSA], representating the loco running staff of Indian Railway, submitted memorandom to you your kind honour. Loco running staff means the employees i.e. ASSISTANT LOCO PILOT, SHUNTING LOCO PILOT, LOCO PILOT GOODS, LOCO PILOT PASSANGER AND LOCO PILOT MAIL, who are appointed to work the locomotive and trains in Indian Railway. 

In connection to our original memorandum, Central Railway AILRSA, 6 members delegation wants to meet you in person to submitt some attachments in connection to our demands and submitted memorandom and to explain you in detail the duties & health hazards as well as streneous facts related with the loco running staff of Indian Railway.
