COMMISSIONER OF RAILWAY SAFETY,SOUTHERN CIRCLE, BANGALORE CONDUCTS STATUTORY INSPECTION FOR THE NEWLY LAID DOUBLE LINE BETWEEN AJJAMPURA AND HOSADURGA ON BIRUR-SHIVANI-HOSADURGA SECTION


Shri Satish Kumar Mittal, Commissioner of Railway Safety, Southern Circle, Bangalore, as part of Statutory Inspection, will be conducting a Speed trail on the newly laid double railway line between Ajjampura and Hosadurga Road in Birur-Shivani-Hosadurga section on Mysore Division of South Western Railway, on Monday, the 20th October, 2014 between 08-00 hrs. and 18-00 hrs. (8-00 a.m. to6-00 p.m.).

During the above speed trail,Trains will run at a speed in excess of 100 km/h on the newly laid double line from Hosadurga Road onwardsand subsequently regular train services will be introduced on the newly laid double railway line.

Public are hereby advisedto be cautious and not to trespass on the newly laid double line, which will endanger the lives.Trespassers are also liable for prosecution, which may please be noted, as stated by Shri Adesh Sharma, Chief Administrative Officer(Construction), South Western Railway, Bangalore Cantt.
