Railway officers protest

Staff Reporter

Railway officers attached to Southern Railway Officers Association and Southern Railway Promotee Officers Association on Thursday protested the manhandling of railway officers in Chennai allegedly by a section of railway staff recently. The officers expressed their protest by applying for casual leave. Nevertheless, they reported for duty in their respective offices in Tiruchi division and wore black badges. The officers demanded action against those responsible for the assault.
