NIT

National Industrial Tribunal (NIT) on 21.01.13

NIT sitting at Mumbai attended by Com. MN Prasad, Com. MM Roly, Com DS Koparker, Adv TC Govindaswamy etc attended.

NIT imposed a penalty on Railway for Rs.4000/-. Ex-Party proceedings will drop if the Railway submit reply on 11.03.13.
