Draft of Memo to be submitted to DRM on 24th Feb 2012

To,
The Divisional Railway Manager,

Sir,

Sub: - Proposed “Sit in Fast” program by our CWC        members from 10:00hrs to 18:00hrs  in New                Delhi on 14th March 2012    and           Rally/Dharna on 15th March 2012

With deep regret, the Association submits that despite of the repeated assuration, the Railway Administration could not resolve our issues or Ministry of Labour and Employment did also not sent our case to Industrial Tribual for Adjudication following this assuration by the Railway Board to Ministry of Labour and Employment that our case was under active consideration at different levels of Railway Board result of which a serious dissatisfaction and resentment prevails amongst the Loco Running Staff.

However, our CWC members once again will “Sit in Fast” on 14th March 2012 from 10:00hrs to 18:00hrs and Rally / Dharana on 15th March 2012 at Jantar – Mantar / New Delhi in protest of abnormal delay in resolving our issues and the Loco Running Staff of this Division are in fully support of this action.

The Loco Running Staff therefore request your honour to convey our sentiment to Railway Board, and also to Ministry of Labour and Employment and use your good office so that our issues are resolved without any further delay and Industrial peace is maintained in the Railways.

                                                      Thanking you,

                                                                                                         Your’s sincerely

                                                                                                         (                         )
                                                                                                    Divisional Secretary
