Result of RB discussion with AIIRF and NFIR on Running staff issues

A meeting was held at New Delhi on 24.10.2011 to discuss about the issues concerned to Running Staff.
Addl Member (Staff) Railway Board and leaders of AIRF and NFIR attended.
As usual there is no fruitful result.
Next discussion on 11.11.11.
We have to proceed like Carrot in front of Donkey.
Unless we go for agitation nothing will reach us.
Only crying child gets milk.
