Program of Actions

Decision of the meeting of Small Committee along with the Zonal Secretaries was held on 10.08.2011 in AILRSA’s Office / Ghaziabad

            The meeting was held to formulate the mode and manner of future course of action as decided by CWC and took the following decisions.

1.                        There will be a massive demonstration on 21^st Sept. 2011 before each General Manager and a notice for Hunger Fast for 24hrs at GM’s Office is served.

2.                        In consideration to deferent festival during this period of Oct / Nov i.e. Durga Puja, Navratra, Deepawali and Chhat the date for 24hrs Hunger Fast is on 15^th Nov. 2011 from 10 hrs.

3.                        Prepare seriously for indefinite period Hunger Fast by CWC members in last week of Jan 2012 at Jantra – Mantra / New Delhi in Budget session of Parliament followed by all over country working in fast, if the Railway Board failed to concede our demands.

4.                        For this, we also seek the opinion of staff through a declaration form and a strong campaign week from 22^nd Sept 2011 should be organize in deferent way i.e. through “Opinion Poll” Convention posters, leaflet group meeting etc.

5.                        The report on “Opinion” of Staff should be sent to Central Office.

6.                        15^th Sept. 2011 should be observed by all the branches as death anniversary of Com. S. K. Dhar.
