RLC Conciliation-

RLC conciliation on 11.10.10 failed due to the Adamant attitude of Railway Board to negotiate and solve the genuine grievance of Loco Running Staff with AILRSA, and Negligence towards the negotiating machinery like RLC. Also RB express irresponsible behavior towards Parliamentary systems.
AILRSA CWC held at Ghaziabad decided future course of actions which will be communicated in due course.

Railway administration always negotiating our running staff,on otherside they increased our responsibilites.Recognised federations became blind.AILRSA the only fights for our dignity till to achieve.LAL SALAM to our comrades for their struggle.We have to be prepare mentally for STRIKE.Naukri karna toh dharna nahi.INKILAB ZINDABAD...AILRSA ZINDABAD...,Ramesh gubbala..LP,DPS,CKP DIV,SER.
