RLC conciliation on 11.10.10 failed due to the Adamant attitude of Railway Board to negotiate and solve the genuine grievance of Loco Running Staff with AILRSA, and Negligence towards the negotiating machinery like RLC. Also RB express irresponsible behavior towards Parliamentary systems.
AILRSA CWC held at Ghaziabad decided future course of actions which will be communicated in due course.
