RLC conciliation at New Delhi on 08.05.10Regional Labour Commissioner (cetral ) New Delhi directed Fast Track Committee to hear AILRSA personally. Adviced Railways to resolve the issue of HOER. Failing RLC will order for Job Evaluation.

Fast trck committe's main purpose is to look into our grievances regarding the pay and aoowances. I think we must strongly raise our voice for HOER review by a judicial committee. Any way, all these developments, although small steps, are positive ones. Let's hope goodsense would prevail on authorities
