AILRSA Southern Railway Zonal BGM held on 26.10.2009 at Com. S. K. Dhar Nagar (Thomas Club), Coimbatore.

Meeting started after a procession from Coimbatore Railway Station. Flag hoisting was done by Com. R. Murali, Zonal President. After garlanding the Martyr’s column meeting started. Welcome address was given by Com. Gajendran, President, All India Insurance Employees Association, Coimbatore Dis. Committee. Presided by Com. K.A.S. Mani. The conference was inaugurated by Com. N.B. Dutta, Joint Secretary General, AILRSA. Other speakers were; Com. S. Karuppaiah, Central Govt. Employees Co-ordination Committee, Com. Ranganathan, Tamil Nadu State Govt. Employees Association, and Com. R.G. PIllai, Joint secretary, DREU.

Afternoon delegate session was inaugurated by Com. C. Sunish, General Secretary, SWR and presided by Com. R. Murali. Com. K. C. James submitted working report. After detailed discussion this report was passed. The following were elected as office bearers:-
