Intensive Classification-Joint Secretary order on 18.02.13

Sri.Chandra Prakash,Joint Secretary , Ministry of Labour and employment and appellate authority  dismissed the appeal filed by General Manager, Southern Railway, Chennai against the decision of Regional Labour Commissioner(C) , Chennai regarding the reclassification of Loco Pilots as INTENSIVE.
