New Delhi, Nov 1:
With effect from December 1, if you do not have identity proof, then you can't travel in reserved trains.
At present, photo-id proof was mandatory for all air-conditioned travels
and e-tickets. The move is expected to reduce misuse of tickets by
travel agents.
