New GM/NCR Pradeep Kumar lays emphasis on rail security

Subedarganj (SFG): The newly appointed General Manager of North Central Railway Pradeep Kumar has emphasised on the need to provide secure and convenient journey to passengers. He was served guard of honour on his first arrival to Subedargunj, Allahabad, the head office of north-central railway. ‘Information technology is very crucial to monitor various projects of the government,’ said Kumar.

He also directed the concerned officers to expedite the preparations of Magh Mela and complete it on time. Kumar also took stock of projects of Dedicated Front Corridor Corporation. He directed the concerned officers to work on increasing evenue, minimising expenditure, minimising cases of arbitration, better manpower planning, filling vacant posts, appointment and promotions.

Kumar also interacted with the zonal managers and head of departments of Allahabad, Jhansi and Agra zones through video conferencing.

He praised the work and commitment employees of north-central railway. He also appreciated the north-central railway for achieving GV Pant shield last year also asked them to work with same enthusiam to achieve their goals.
