Thick fog wraps Delhi, rains likely

It was a foggy morning in Delhi on Wednesday, India Meteorological Department said. Visibility dipped to 200 metres at 8.30 am.
Minimum temperature early on Wednesday was recorded three notches above average at 10.2 degrees Celsius.
At least 22 trains coming to the national capital were running late due to fog, according to Northern Railway.

Tuesday's maximum temperature was 22.1 degrees Celsius, a notch above the season's average while the minimum temperature was recorded at 8 degrees Celsius, one notch above the season's average.
