NIGHT DUTY ALLOWANCE:
Night Duty may be defined as
duty performed between 22.00 hours and 6.00 hours.
A uniform weightage of 10 minutes may be given for every hour of night duty performed.
A uniform weightage of 10 minutes may be given for every hour of night duty performed.
An Employee is working in Night Shift between 22.00 hrs to 07.00 hrs.
The total working hours will be 9.00 hrs.
But Night Duty Hours calculate from 2200 to 6.00 only, Night Duty hrs is 8 hrs.
Weightage is 8 x 10 = 80mts, 1 hour 20mts
NDA rate will modify as and when DA increases.
